Feeling Better

A weekend of sleep and binge-watching Kill La Kill seems to have been just what I needed.

I ended up skipping going to the Game Dev Club meeting today. Oh, well, there's always next week.

I want to start working on various site stuff, but I really need to deal with house stuff. The weeds in my front and back yard are super out of control. I have a neighbor willing to give me some advice and lend me some tools there.

I got a contractor coming over soon to fix the addon area. He's willing to let me watch/help/learn how to do what he does. He'll also show me how to replace some windows and fix some carpetting stuff. I could always learn this stuff via YouTube, but I think some hands-on time with someone who knows what they're doing can give me a much needed first dive into this stuff.

After I've got house stuff dealed with, I'm going to want to dive back into web stuff. Improve this site, make some games again, etc. Now, I don't have to wait until house stuff is done, but I should at least make sure I'm waiting on most all house stuff I need to get to and have no actions I can execute myself before I work on other stuff.

That, or I should make sure I'm using working on web stuff as a break from working on house stuff.
