QuakeCon 2015: The Ride Home

We woke up at 0400 Dallas-time (0200 Tucson-time) and were on the road before 0415. I dozed a bit for the first 7 hours or so as my roommate drove. I drove the last 7 hours. For food, we had trail mix, cheese, Krispy Kreme, and pizza. To drink, there was water, lemonade, and Bawls energy drinks.

The majority of my drive was spent listening to A Game of Thrones via Audible. Audible's pretty cool but I don't think I'll continue spending $15 a month on it. I wonder if libraries offer audiobooks....

Something to look into, for sure.

In fact, let's do that now.

Is OverDrive exactly what I'm looking for? They have stuff for audiobooks and stuff. Hmmmm.... Also, a good library resource....

This is definitely something to dig into deeper.

We got to Tucson about 10 minutes sooner than the GPS thought we would at 1550. I unpacked the car, and promptly slept for 16 hours.
