Site: Tornado Transition Plan

All right, so I want to make this site run with a tornado background. Why? Well, there are a couple of reasons....

• Currently, a lot of the HTML is copy-pasted
• A lot of stuff I want to do will be really tedious to copy-paste
  • Previous and next posts on individual blog posts
  • Changes to that browse bar to the left there (that's right, copy-past)
• Code is currently really tedious to format in basic HTML
• HTML overall is pretty tedious, I might want to check out other markup languages

So, I need a plan. And that means another list. Screw it, this time, an ordered list.

1. Replace all instances of browse bar copy-paste code with tornado template code
2. Script that copies static HTML blogs posts to database (maybe start with SQLite)
3. Split blog page into series of blog posts (there's starting to be a lot of posts, about time to break it up into pieces)
4. Switch from static setup to tornado setup
5. Improvements to the project page (nothing to do with tornado, I just want to do this at some point)

Each of those pieces are going to require their own plans and exploration. Expect blog posts on them as I do them (eventually).
