Stream of Consciousness

I'm having trouble coming up with stuff to write about for the blog. Lots of stuff floating around in my head, but it feels like a bunch of tweets, not a bunch of blog posts.

The bus people are going on strike tonight at midnight, maybe. It gives me more incentive to fix my bike, which I will do tonight.

This should be the first month of no special expenses in a while. It'll also be the first ever month of less pay than usual due to two days of unpaid leave last pay period.

Even so, I anticipate pretty large savings this month.

Oh, yeah, and next month is a three-paycheck month. That's pretty awesome, though that extra paycheck is going straight to student loans. Time to take paying off the loans seriously. That'll pay off a good 10% of Rosse's loans. Other extra savings will go to my soon-to-be created betterment account.

I should also check out my 401K setup and make it a bit smarter. I'm learning a tiny, tiny amount thanks to Mr. Money Mustache, but I got a ways to go.
