Using Twitter

So, I have been wondering whether or not I should link to each of my daily posts on Twitter.

On one hand, Twitter is all about quantity over quality, but on the other hand, I would like to only point out stuff I've put serious effort into. And I am slowly working on things I'm putting effort into.

Most of these posts are either the first sparks of an idea, or just a straight up personal diary thing that I have no problem making public for anyone interested in seeing. I don't really think it's proper to shout them out to the world. If others find it so interesting to do so somehow, they can do so on my behalf, but the posts that I do put serious effort into, stuff that's actually a dialog with a wider audience, those I'll shout to the world.

Otherwise, I'm quite content to just lurk on twitter and gain quick, shallow glimpses at a large variety of perspectives.
