End of Day Review
04/05/15
All right, it's been a while since I've done one of these and I think it's about time to do another one. I'm getting a lot of mileage out of bus-ride pomodoros for website stuff. I mean, it's slow, but every bus trip is a significant step of learning, self-improvement, and script development. All leading to something I can point at and say I made.
The steps I'm taking to be able to make a weekly review generator are also solid steps towards DRYing up my site and just having my site run on node in general.
I will continue to prioritize the time I make towards site stuff until I'm properly comfortable with where it's at, which is again the ability to point at it and say what I've done with it and not feel like I didn't do something major.
Afterwards, I want to focus on CSS for a bit and really pretty-up my site properly, and get some ability with it under my belt.
And then, finally, I want to actually make the productivity extension to Chrome that I've been thinking about. Make it a replacement for the site-blocker I employ now but don't really like. If it's easy enough, I'll try to make it an add-on to Firefox as well.
I need to get back to going to sleep at the same time every night until I start waking up early again. If I had a consistent schedule I could plan more things, and I would really like to work on Smash training routine, and just do some hardware stuff as well as software.
But I won't plan anything beyond my inability to have a consistent schedule or my lack of personal control there.
