A nice thing about time-blocking everyday is now I'm more consistent about tracking sleep. Though I'm losing some precision by rounding to the half-hour. It's not as though my tracking has been properly accurate anyways. In anything, I really should get solid data by wearing a fit-bit to bed (I got one as a gift a long time ago and have never used it).

End of day review (work) done. Work day done. Neck super stiff (pinched nerve yesterday).

Been putting off setting up tracking my work "level". I'll still make blocks for it, but will also use extra time during planning and review blocks to setup the spreadsheet as was advised by boss.

Hoping to catch up a bit on personal maintenance stuff when I get home later today.
