The posts I've reviewed have reminded me:
- Do a pomodoro to gain energy (it happens!)
- Rubber-duck debug habits as well as code
Also, as an aside, I've been super hungry this week. Must really be doing exhausting climbing. Weight has also notably been steady. As my wife says, "It's good to listen to your body." Been eating plenty, and I think my wife is right (as per usual).

Got 10 pomodoros in today! Woo. Let's do that again tomorrow. Also, got lots of stuff in motion. Should have a feature pushed tomorrow, should have the momentum to do a huge change to lots of things going forward. Also going to improve my API logging and tracking.
My 1:1 with my boss has led to some forward thinking. Now that I'm in a good place, task-wise, let's grow more, is basically the gist. Need to decide my career-path a bit: manager or architect (to use the words given in the meeting). It was a good contrast of leadership styles, I think. Basically, you lead other people vs. people come to you and get your feedback on your expertise.
I think I could manage, but also would like to keep coding, maybe. Will need to maybe play with some tasks that lead me further down both paths until I decide.
A friend's in town so I skipped personal projects again. Probably will do so again tomorrow. Going to have to try to make up for it on Saturday. Though, I'm also pretty tired between extra effort in climbing and evolving at work. I might need some time to acclimate? I still want to do soemthing this weekend. I was going to try the GMTK game jam again, but now I might just treat it as a hackathon to get an MVP out of one of the projects I want to do?
