Clear goals and progress towards my goals get points today because I reviewed my questions half way thru the day and decided to be proactive about getting points on some of the questions today. Not an ideal way to make goals or progress, but better than nothing.
Today, I spent quality time with my wife, talked with my dad on the phone, and planned some communication with others (relating to property stuffs).
I found myself looking at my phone whilst doing other things today... a clear sign of not being engaged. Addressed it after a bit too much time on my phone.
Read several chapters of both Grit and Triggers today. I want to finish both before my next therapist meeting.
I am consistently scoring zero on Mixpanel-related questions. This needs to be addressed. Tomorrow I need to have non-zero scores for both.
Diet-wise, I believe I am overeating but am successfully avoiding surgary calories. This won't be a 10 until I start counting calories before I eat those calories.
I did a bunch of taxes stuff and then talked to my dad about property stuff. Turns out that's the meat of taxes stuff, and he's doing it in a different system. He'll be done by next weekend and I'll redo easy stuff in whatever setup he's using. I anticipate a string of zeroes on this question until next weekend and then a 10 with taxes being filed.
This is another item that will get zeroes until I decide to do it one day. I know it'll be worth doing, though, and may pave the way for other automated logging that I would find useful.
Need to take eye-care more seriously.
Same with stretching.
Daily questions are going faster. The first day I did little real reflection and had to end because the pomodoro ended. Today, I have another 10 minutes to reflect, but am mostly done.
I'm going to take this as an opportunity to tackle more of my inbox.
