Thinking

Only managed to process tickler yesterday, no other work. Which is fine. Though, I'll need to find time to update my resume this week, don't want to keep delaying doing that indefinitely.

Weight stayed consistent this morning at 215.6, which is neat. Also, perhaps, another argument for weighing first thing. No telling if I'll lose anything to bathroom shenanigans.

Stretching has been great for the crink in my neck, only was a little annoying yesterday. It's also worst in the morning before stretching, which I think makes sense for a variety of reasons. I'll try and stretch when I get to the office today (as Monday is the only no-gym day).

I have made an appointment with a doctor to get a diagnosis (or lack thereof) of ADHD. Let's see what happens.
