Thinking

Yesterday was a good day. If I can start squeezing in 10 pomodoros again instead of 8 I'll be in a solid place. Though, adding a personal pomodoro at home does make that a bit difficult.

Weight was 215.6 pre-bathroom and 213.8 afterwards. Again, interesting. According to cronometer, I could've eaten another 700 calories yesterday and still be on track for 1 pound a week. I just wasn't hungry, though. If I keep that up I should be at more than 2 pounds a week. If that ends up being the case I'll try to make sure it's no more than 2 pounds a week. I think that's unhealthy? Maybe the way I'm doing it doesn't really apply though, as I still ate 3200 calories yesterday.

In fact, I feel like I'm quite the anomaly for cronometer's recommended strats. It's recommending I eat 250 grams of protein in a day. This is to meet some ratio of protein, fat, and carbs as my source of calories. But I think maybe the ratio isn't supposed to grow linearly with calorie intake. I'm already plenty full at the ratio I'm achieving while being well below my calorie goals.

In any case, it's gym time.
