Thinking
Climbing yesterday did happen and went well. I was pretty physically tired yesterday, and didn't get many work pomodoros in. But everything is in place to churn out code next week, so I may do really well on pomodoro count next week.
I'm thinking my weight will go thru weekly cycles. With only two weeks of data, I notice that Tuesday-Friday is mostly stable, Saturday can be high (probably because of Friday lunches high calories), and Sunday is a huge dip because I don't eat as much on Saturday because I don't exercise as much on the weekend. Monday is usually the same as Sunday because Sunday is like Saturday. But then I exercise and eat a lot on Monday and Tuesday is a climb, but lower than the previous week's Tuesday.
So, the first week I was 219, but dipped to 215.6 and stayed there until Friday, wherein I was 217 (due to eating a lot at an offsite), and today I'm 217, but tomorrow, will I dip to below 215? I'm trying to add some predictability to this setup. Once I understand the cycles, I can also glean more data from how accurate my calorie counting and burning is.
In any case, I'm planning on all the time I have control over today to be lazy. No projects, no action items, just games and TV and what-have-you.
But no Twitter. No Twitter has continued and I'd like it to stay that way.
Also, fun thing I remember from waking up in the middle of the night:
Wife, under two blankets (one of them weighted): "I'm cold."
Me, switching from single sheet to cuddling under blankets with her, and feeling how cold she is: "How are you so cold under two blankets?"
Her response: "How are you so warm when you were just under a sheet?"
