Thinking
I'm tracking weight consistently in other systems (as with calorie counting). No longer need to make a note daily in here. I'll do some weight-thinking maybe once a week from now on (putting reminder in my tickler).
Yesterday, there was an event with tips on saving money and building wealth at work. The event itself was held in the UK, and it lasted some 3 hours or so. It was beginner stuff, but it motivated me to update certain strategies and stuff.
I have updated my auto-deposit into Betterment to be $300 twice a month (aka every paycheck). Also, I've come to terms with my set-it-and-forget-it nature and have decided that Betterment is a better use-case for me than Vanguard. Maybe in the future I'll change my mind, but I've already put non-retirement accounts from Vanguard into Betterment. I might consider moving the retirement accounts as well... but for now I'm good. The Vanguard 2055 fund seems to be a fine set it and forget it.
Time to go to work.
