Thinking
Another day of needing to "practice flexibility". I may want to go straight to my office in the morning and plan the day before going downstairs and being distracted by cat.
Later that Day
Today ended up being pretty good! I'm a bit late starting music with wife (waiting for her to get out of shower), but the buffer should handle that. And I'm doing some stretches right now.
