Thinking

Feel like I vaguely remember having a dream. But it's gone now.

Woke up at 0500 just fine this morning. Wondering if consistency of stretching really is the missing piece there. If it is, my new morning routine of warming up and stretching should work. It also fits in nicely with my morning TV watching, so I may be gaining time there? Or at least it's "okay" now that I'm watching extra TV before I start my planning pomodoro.
