Missing Days
Once again, a weekend without logging. I did some work yesterday to make up a little for the lack of work on Friday. For Easter, the wife and I made beyond meatloaf with mashed potatoes and broccoli. We also made mini mousse pies on Saturday. Didn't have enough ingredients for a full recipe, so we made a half recipe and will run out of mini pies today.
I'll try to make time for spiritual thinking sometime this week.
