Dream
Only vaguely remember that I had a dream.
Thinking
Was really tired yesterday. Been really putting a lot of new strain on myself what with the ADHD medication, more serious running, longer bouts of intense work focus, and trying to stretch everyday. Decided to sleep in and see if my body just needed some more recovery time. Will not walk or run today, my steps will just be the amount of pacing I do about the house (which is still quite a lot, in all honesty).
I may also go for extra calories. Extra sleep and extra calories. A four-day weekend starts tonight, as well, which should help a lot.
I'll still be stretching here soon, though. And try to get a solid amount of work in.
