Dream:
I dreamt that I was visiting family, and then it got really dark. I was playing with the cat and dog, and then I noticed that the bottom half of the cat's front leg was missing. "What happened?"
My mother explained, "Mikayla was having trouble catching the cat, so we cut off some of its leg. Now it's much easier to chase her." And then I saw Mikayla chase after the still surprisingly nimble cat.
"That's terrible. You can't just cripple a cat!" I point at my mother. "You... you're a monster. You hide behind a nice facade but you do things like this. All with a smile."
There was a lot more of me ranting and shouting before the dream ended.

This is slowly being typed with a colemak keyboard layout. Woo. Brain doesn't feel nearly as broken as I was expecting it to.
I think I'll go for keyboard bilingual. As I'll need to be proficient in colemak before I can get away with this at work. Right now I'm at 11 WPM.
I believe I have already memorized the placement of the keys.

Last year, I had some words to say about Bernie Sanders.
Climbing went well.
Today's personal project became setting up my keyboard and learning the colemak keyboard layout. I've memorized where the keys are, but have to fight and relearn muscle memory. I have decided to stick with it at home, but will use QUERTY at work. So expect terse diary posts until I get good.
Doing this is really internalizing how acquiring knowledge isn't learning. I know where the keys are but I haven't learned the layout by any means.
