The climbing habit needs to come back.... If I don't fix my sleep schedule Monday, we'll have to insert time for it somehow on Tuesday. I will continue to not climb while OpsLead.

I've gotten everything in place to replace the OS on my phone... almost. But then I remembered that I'm ops lead and I may get paged. So, this will have to wait until after Monday.

I have... gotten readdicted to sugar. Feels very related to sleep stability. It's too bad, would've been cool to have it under control for the rest of my life, but I anticipated this. I know I can get into the state of no sugar, and that'll be the goal. I'll have some trouble, and I won't beat myself up about it.

I have removed YouTube from my phone. And redisabled the browser. I'm in a distraction desire mode and I need to starve it. I can think, I can play games, I can read some books I own. I can do some personal projects. I shouldn't waste time on my phone.
