The Basics

I was thinking I'd review the answers to these questions in my diary, but maybe the diary is for more direct... philosophy of me. There was no setting of goals today, and this is clearly linked with me not timeblocking until doing my review, right now. The trigger to do my daily questions was the only reason I managed to do even that. Without clear goals, however, I stlii managed pretty reasonable progress on my goals. I think with planning and proper foresight, I could have tackled things in a more efficient and focused manner.

Personal Questions

Rock-climbing and running to/from work are passable, but not where I want them to be. Passable in that I did all the things to do, but I only ran at a recovery pace and was only at the rock climbing gym for 15 minutes. Enough to get some strain on my muscles and build basic calluses on my hands, but not make long term gains. I would like to get nearly an hour in 3 days a week to be at a 10/10. I would also like to run to work in under 18 minutes and from work in under 20 three days a week to be at a 10/10 there.

I have 4 books currently checked out from the library. One audio, which will take the place of my podcast (I have caught up on Cortex), and 3 paper books:

Got some listening and reading in today.

Out of Time

I'll focus on the other aspects of my goals later (big rule: no going past one pomodoro for this review).
