Thinking
Losing some self-control. This is a time to learn how and where I can fight and adapt back to ideal state. It's possible I'm going too hard too fast at the gym and should roll that back a bit.
In any case, I consider various things that I still managed to do a success:
- still made this log post
- moved my working setup back to my office and started a pomodoro
We'll see if I can make it to 8 pomodoros for the day. That'd be a full recovery.
