Thinking

Twitter did not come back yesterday and I did not repeat the action this morning.

It is the weekend and I'm now officially starting a pomodoro when beginning the task (during orthopulse shenanigans). Hopefully once orthopulse ends I'll manage to transition to a morning pomodoro habit, but we'll see in half a year when that happens.

Once again weighed 219 this morning, but after bowl movement weighed 216.2. Maybe I should move the weigh-in until after morning bathroom action. It would probably be more consistent. Yesterday, I weighed 219 before and 217.4 after. How much I am retaining is pseudorandom, in a sense. I believe it'll lead to looking like I lost a lot of weight tomorrow as weekend calories/diet will be reduced because calorie burning is reduced and so I'll also have less waste to dispose of in the morning.

We'll keep at it the current way for another week and see if I feel like changing my mind then.

I'm beginning to think the crink in my neck was indeed due to overdoing it the other day. Specifically, I think it was the long walk home carrying heavy groceries that caused it. I used to think it was sleeping weird, but I think more likely I strained something whenever this has happened. Maybe a couple of times it was sleeping weird.

In any case, today will be another only-stretch day at the gym.
