Thinking

Every Sunday, I have put a lot of items in my Wunderlist tickler. So, today, I'm blocking an hour to tackling that list.

When I got back from streching at the gym, my weight had reduced yet again from 216.2 to 214.4. This morning, pre-bathroom, I was 216.2, and after bathroom I was 214.6. So, if I continue this pre-bathroom weigh-in, it's likely I'll be heavier throughout the week days (as I exercise and eat more those days) and lighter on Sunday/Monday. Though, this may be true regardless of weigh-in timing.

I think, because I'm trying to lose weight, I should consider the timing where I weigh heaviest but that is still the most consistent timing. Morning is consistent because the previous 8 hours are the same across the days, and I weigh the most pre-bathroom, so that'll be my official weight. We'll see if I still feel this way in a week.

Today, I will climb at the gym again. I need to wait for the grocery store to open anyways, and I don't plan much other exercise. I'll make sure not to push myself too hard. Maybe I'll stick with just the easiest challenges. We'll see.
