Thinking

Stayed up late watching TV last night.... Got just under 6 hours of sleep according to my fitbit. Not feeling too exhausted, but it might hit me later, or hurt me tomorrow.

Yesterday was a real cheat day. I consumed 4758 calories and only burned 3444. If I want to do a weekly cheat day, I'll need to eat about 250 calories less on the other days to meet my goals. My weight this morning was 217.2.

I was not productive yesterday. I don't think it was the climbing. I think some weekends I just need to chill. Though I did manage to process a bunch of tickler items, still, which is good.

Time to head to the office.
