Thinking

216.2 pounds this morning. 213.8 after bathroom shenanigans.

There was an event last night with a friend, so I ended up getting to sleep a bit late. 6.5 hours of sleep according to fitbit. Not sure how I feel about how inconsistent my sleep length is. I want it to be at least 7.5 hours per night most nights. Something to work towards.

6 pomodoros yesterday.... But with 2 meetings eating my time that's technically reasonable.

No gaming this morning, but I had considered it. Not sure if good or bad that I didn't. We'll see how I feel come tomorrow's thinking.

Time for gym.
