Thinking

Another skipped log yesterday. Because I was sick last weekend, gave my wife both weekend days. We went to Wayward Coffeehouse and walked around the University of Washington campus a bit. Went and tried out the impossible whopper. It was pretty good. Might do that every once in a while going forward. Also, did a facial mask thing with my wife at the end of the day.

Yesterday, weight was 218.4, and this morning back to 215.6. I'll be back to more exercise starting tomorrow (I'll be running 5 miles to morning therapy appointment).

I had trouble falling asleep last night. I also went back to bed after alarm at 0500 this morning. Which was a bit frustrating for a variety of reasons. I have turned back on my phone 0505 alarm as a backup.

Helping my wife wake up at 0810 this morning. So working from home until then.
