Thinking

So, neglected timeblock over weekend for various reasons. Important events of the weekend:

Made up for a week away from wife by hanging out with her the whole weekend.

I may be losing weight too fast? I thought I was around 209 still, but over the weekend one official weigh-in was 207.6. This morning, it was 208 even. A week ago I was 210.8. I'll have to keep going for another week to see, but I should avoid losing more that 2 pounds a week. Two pounds is also plenty for my arbitrary goals (want to be below 190 by Christmas, and 2 pounds a week would put me at 185by December 16th).

Once I'm below 200 I need to get my fat percentage ratio to have a solid weight plan.

Anyways, I should focus on work thinking now.
