Missed days

Opslead is kicking my ass this week. Already having trouble with sleep, but got paged in the middle of the night and stuff.

My spaced-repetition habit has taken a serious hit. Trying my best to build a before-bed stretching habit, though. Seems to seriously improve the quality of my sleep.

Thinking

Been having trouble using my systems this week. But that's mostly opslead shenanigans. The timing of this opslead re: my sleeping issues is poor, though. It means I don't have data on whether or not I'd be waking up at 0500 again now.... If I don't get paged while sleeping tonight, I'll do my best to wake up at 0500.

I want that stable sleep schedule, Stephan.

At the Office

The twitter sickness is back at almost full power. I'm trying to follow the mantra I've made. "The next time I want to go to twitter, do spaced-repetition, write in your log, or read an item from your reading list."

Yes. I believe I can rewire this habit into spaced-repetition. Just need to note the trigger every time and then go to do a few cards in Anki. Politics right now is a common trigger.

Skipping nap today to see if that helps or hurts my sleep schedule. Drank the post-nap coffee as per usual, and I'm really feeling it. But it has this kind of strain to it.
