Thinking

Last night was first normal amount of sleep since I left for quakecon. Which means I'm still sleep deprived, I think, because of a week's worth of less than optimal sleep, but I should eventually even out. My impulse control this morning isn't great, and I'm planning to give into it a bit by playing some Factorio before starting work proper. We'll see if this is a terrible plan, but my therapist says I need to work on flexibility, so let's see if I can make it work.

I've decided to wait until this weekend to start working out again. I'll do both days this weekend, and then do proper workouts Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday from there on out. I'll still go to the gym on off days, but I'll only walk to/from there, and I'll only stretch and maybe do the easiest climbing challenges on those days.
