Dream
I haven't been logging my dreams. Some I even remembered enough to log at the time. Definitely had a vivid dream last night, but it's gone now. It's not a priority to work on remembering dreams right now, but I don't think it's a waste of time to remind myself to try.
Thinking
Want to lock-in stretching as a habit, and so have decided to ban TV consumption until stretching has been completed. Was going to stretch right after breakfast (need to eat something before I take my meds, and need to take my meds as early in the morning as possible), but decided I might as well do my planning for the day first. Stretching will be next.
A lot of today is going to be eaten up by appointments. Another signifcant chunk is going to meetings. I'm curious how well my meds will help me fill the left-over time with pomodoros.
