No-Twitter life continues! Woo! Still feeling pretty great, too, but all the reasons that could be are still in effect.

Counting calories is going really well. Because Cronometer is tracking more than just calories, and is giving me goals, it's making eating a game of balance, which is fun and also a balanced diet is more filling on fewer calories. According to Cronometer, my calorie-deficit yesterday was 1200 calories (which is basically a third of a pound). I'm not actually any lighter today (weighed 217.4 yesterday and weighed that much this morning), but all that stuff is lagging indicators.

I do have to be careful about potential fitbit overestimating of burning calories and my own underestimation of calories consumed. But I'd assume I'm within 10% or even 5% of the reported number on both. In any case, I can figure out what the average error is cumulatively in a couple weeks time comparing what I should weigh to what I do weigh. No rush, either, I feel good as is. Being lighter will just make various things easier, which is the main reason to be lighter.

Anyways, I actually did my organization pomodoro at home today! Meaning I gots a personal pomodoro for the first time in a bit. I may want to make this a habit, especially since the thing that triggers these daily logs currently won't last forever (invisalign orthopulse). Won't even last a whole year.

Time to go to gym.
