Finally went to sleep before my ideal bedtime last night. Ended up waking up slightly late at 0515 or so. But that's pretty good overall. I went two days on less sleep than ideal, and my self-control yesterday was really low. In comparison, I'm starting off this morning pretty well.

I want to try having a stretching habit at home in the mornings. After my plan and some organization, that's what I'll do.
